If you have a definite reason or damaged or legitimate issue with your purchased product, we're here to help.
As we are dealing with apparels and hygeine related products like undergarments we have the right to deny fully or partially your request pertaining to color, design, size etc. in such case only exchange will be considered after verifying all purchase details. Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product excluding transit time. Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 7 days.
- You have intimated us through mail, message, Contact form, Telephonically or any other means about your intent of return and received an written or verbal approval for the same.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The purchase date has not exceeded 12 days including transit time.
- You have attached the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase order to the manufacturer or sender address directly.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable after verifying all the required parameters but not in cash ( The set cost as per our shipment norms will be decided and a credit note will be updated into your Wat2Wear.in Fashions account which can be redeemed on next purchase or refunded from there to the mode of payment but not directly ) or we shall arrange for a pickup from your location depending on the serviceability of the courier.
If you received a damaged product or packaging while receiving please mention on the delivery POD or the courier receipt while receiving the goods this will help us to take appropriate measures to improve our service at the same time resolve your issue promptly. Subsequently please notify us immediately for assistance through mail only as we will not be able to resolve any complaints over phone or verbally.
Unfortunately, SALE items cannot be refunded but in case of genuine issues we will offer exchange of the goods as per availability and pricing and is strictly on a case to case basis. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
